The PMA home-study program
To learn how to successfully apply PMA to yourself and others, we offer you a home-study program containing three basic modules. You'll be amazed by the powerful results that you achieve by applying PMA and how easy it is to learn the PMA technique. If you are solely interested in learning how to apply the PMA technique on yourself and those closest to you, then Module 1: The PMA Easy Plan provides you with all the information you need.
How to become a certified PMA Facilitator
On the other hand, if you want to become a full-time or part-time professional practitioner of the PMA technique, then you need to follow two additional steps in order to obtain your certificate as a PMA Facilitator. The first of those steps is Module 2: The Online PMA Experience Seminar, followed by Module 3: The PMA Party Marketing Concept. The full training to become certified as a PMA Facilitator includes the following three modules:
- Module 1: The PMA Easy Plan, consisting of a personal workbook and eight audio CDs (plus a free MP3 CD). The PMA technique is explained in a clear and direct way and entirely focused on how to practice PMA in the most effective way on yourself and others. This program makes you aware of the basics of PMA through 22 instructive and fun exercises. You will instantly benefit from these exercises yourself, and at the same time, these exercises teach you how to apply PMA to others.
- Module 2: The PMA Experience Seminar is the next part of the home-study course (either local or online). This module includes two parts:
- Part 1: What did you find out?
In first this part, we will ask you to answer several questions about what you have learned and gained from the PMA Easy Plan. You can also ask us your questions. - Part 2: The Online Experience
In the second part, you and your future colleagues join us in a live webinar program. During this two-hour program, we answer your questions, and we will practice a real PMA session. To participate in Part 2 all you need is Internet access, a headset, and a WebCam. - Module 3: Once you are familiar with the basic principles of PMA and are able to use it successfully on others, you go on to the online Module 3: the PMA Party Marketing Concept. This home-study module is specially developed to show you how easy it is to obtain clients. This marketing concept shows you how to get in contact with potential clients who you can help as a certified PMA Facilitator. The PMA Party Marketing Concept consists of four parts:
- Part 1: The Basics of the PMA Marketing Concept
- Part 2: The Presentation of a PMA Party
- Part 3: Exercises to Create Awareness
- Part 4: Client Recruitment and Revenues
The discoverer of PMA, Jacob Korthuis, guides you through these enlightening and interesting exercises. How much time you want to spend to finish the PMA Easy Plan before you continue with Module 2 is totally up to you. Some do this in a few days; others choose to first apply everything they learned and then do the whole program again before they proceed to the second module.

At the end of each part, you will find a number of questions and assignments. You send your answers online to the PMA Institute where an experienced PMA Coach will comment on your answers and will answer your questions. After successful completion of this third module, you will receive your PMA Facilitator Certificate.

No pre-education required
Learning how to apply PMA successfully requires no pre-education in health care or coaching.
